Who we are
AgilitySP is a project and portfolio management platform built and run by Echovia for Pargo. Pargo decides who can use it and what is recorded in it; Echovia hosts and supports it. Questions about this notice: admin@echovia.app.
Signing in with Google
When you sign in with Google, Google shares only your name, your e-mail address, your profile picture link and the Google Workspace domain your account belongs to. AgilitySP uses them only to check that your account belongs to Pargo and matches a login Pargo's administrator has set up, and to show your name in the app.
AgilitySP does not ask for, and cannot reach, your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data, and keeps no Google password or token after you are signed in.
What the app keeps
- Your name, e-mail address and, if entered, your cell phone number, job title and team. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are stored encrypted.
- The project records you and your colleagues enter: programmes, projects, tasks, risks, issues, decisions, documents, comments and conversations.
- A history of changes (who changed what, and when) and an access log of sign-ins, failed sign-ins, document downloads and data exports, with the network address they came from.
- A profile photo, if you upload one.
Where it is stored and processed
The application, its database and uploaded documents are hosted in Microsoft Azure in South Africa. The AI features (summaries, reports and the assistant) send the relevant project information to Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service, which processes it in Microsoft data centres outside South Africa. Under Microsoft's terms it is not used to train AI models; Microsoft may keep it for up to 30 days to detect abuse.
Who can see it
People Pargo has given a login, with the access their role allows. Echovia's staff reach the data only to run and support the platform. Your information is not sold or shared for advertising.
Keeping and deleting it
Information is kept while Pargo uses AgilitySP. Pargo's administrators can export all of it at any time. When Pargo stops using the platform, Echovia delivers a full export and then deletes the data within 30 days; Azure's own backup copies expire on their own shortly after.
